Beef and Lamb

Harder Springs Ranch beef and lamb are fed grass exclusively which is healthier for the animals, and for you! Their rich, flavorful meat is high in Omega 3 fatty acids and healthy anti-oxidants.

Poultry

Our chickens and turkeys are raised in large pens that are moved twice daily on fresh pasture. They are given lots of sunshine, fresh air, green grass, and non-medicated mixed grains to eat. Their tender, moist meat is high in Omega 3 fatty acids and anti-oxidants.

Pork

Our pork is raised on clean, green pasture. The pigs are given plenty of room to root, rest in the shade, and enjoy the mud! The pigs are also fed free-choice non-medicated, healthy grains.
