Price List 2005-2006

The following are our prices for 2005-2006. All prices include delivery to a drop off point in your area.

Lamb - whole or half, (100-150 lbs. live weight), grass fed

$2.75/lb live weight (includes cut and wrap).

Ready in late September or early October

Pork - whole or half (250-280 lbs. live weight), pasture/grain fed

$2.00/lb live weight (includes cut and wrap).

Ready: May

Beef - whole, half, split quarter (1/2 divided into equal parts from the front and the hind quarters) 800-1000 lbs live weight. Average hang weight 600 lbs. Pasture/alfalfa hay fed and finished.

$2.75 /lb hang weight (includes cut and wrap).

Ready: July

Chicken - whole broilers. Pasture raised with supplemental natural grains.

$2.50/lb (includes whole chicken, processed, bagged and frozen).

Ready: Beginning in June

Turkey - whole turkeys. Pasture raised with supplemental natural grains.

$2.00/lb (includes fresh whole turkey processed and bagged).

Ready: November
