The livestock on Harder Springs Ranch is raised on nutritious, clean, chemical free pasture. The animals are seen as a vital part of the health of the ranch land. By frequently moving livestock to fresh grass, manure is used to enrich the pastures, and controlled grazing strengthens the "good" plants while ridding the pastures of weeds.

Harder Springs Livestock is processed humanely, beginning on the farm. The beef, pork and lamb are slaughtered on the farm, then taken to a WSDA inspected facility for processing to your specifications. On-farm slaughter ensures that the animals are killed in a clean, humane, low stress, environment. All meats are processed, frozen and delivered to your area.
